Minimum two night stay at weekends during July, August & Bank holiday’s.

Check in is between 5pm & 7pm unless you have arranged an alternative time when booking. This is important to note as we may be out at other times.

Check out is by 11am on day of departure.

We ask for a 50% deposit with your booking which can be paid over the telephone by debit or credit card. We do not accept American Express.

If you cancel your booking and we are unable to rebook the room to other guests we will charge the first nights stay.

The house is not suitable for young children.

We do not accept dogs.
